对足球运动创新知识技能需求结构及特征的研究

采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法对当前足球运动发展过程中创新所需要的知识技能结构及特征进行分析。研究表明：创新思维是足球运动创新发展的核心环节,足球运动创新知识技能结构包括文化基础知识、专业理论知识、专项理论知识与实践操作技能。而这些知识技能呈现出综合性与交叉性、专业性与特殊性、实践性与应用性、多样性与实效性特征。从业人员知识结构不合理,＂重理论、轻实践＂思想意识的影响以及忽视对复合型专业团队的建立与培养是我国足球运动创新所面临的主要困惑。对我国足球运动创新发展的启示：文化基础知识是保证、专业理论知识是基础、专项理论知识是核心、实践操作技能是手段。建议健全职业足球俱乐部管理体制,重视青少年足球运动员的文化教育。加强足球从业人员的合作意识与创新思维。

A Study on Structure and Characteristics of Knowledge and Skill Requirements in the Current Football Innovation

This article uses the literature material,expert interview and other method to analyze the structure and characteristics of the knowledge and skills in the current football innovation. Research shows that： the creative thinking is the core of football innovation and football innovation knowledge structure including basic cultural knowledge,professional theory knowledge,special theory and practice operation skill. The knowledge and skills showing a comprehensive and interdisciplinary,specialized and unique,practical and applied nature,diversity and effectiveness characteristics. The main puzzle of Chinese football innovation is that the knowledge structure of our Practitioners is not reasonable and the ideology of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice,which is also including neglected the compound professional team building and training. Enlightenment： basic culture knowledge is the guarantee of innovation,professional theory is the foundation,special theory knowledge is the core and the practice of skills is the means. Suggestions to improve the professional football club management system,pay attention to the cultural education of young football players.Strengthen cooperation consciousness and innovative thinking of football practitioners.
