整肤疗法对运动性疲劳大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质的影响

摘    要:目的]观察整肤疗法对运动性疲劳大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质的影响,以探索整肤疗法对中枢神经系统的作用机制.方法]将40只SD雄性大鼠随即分成安静对照组、运动后即刻处死组、运动后自然恢复组及运动后整肤治疗组.除安静组外,其余组游泳运动至疲劳,即刻组立即处死取下丘脑,自然恢复组休息30min,整肤疗法组施以整肤治疗(提拉皮肤刺激)30min,两组均断头处死取出下丘脑,采用高效液相色谱一电化学检测法检测各组大鼠下丘脑中5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)水平.结果]大鼠运动性疲劳后,下丘脑中的5-HT水平明显升高,DA水平则较明显降低;经过整肤治疗后,5-HT和DA水平虽然变化不明显,但是5-HT水平比自然恢复组低,DA水平已经比运动后即刻略有回升.结论]整肤疗法在短时间内对运动性疲劳大鼠下丘脑中5-HT和DA水平的影响不明显,但能看出有促进疲劳恢复的趋势.
