| 摘 要： | 国槐的胚珠具有内外两层珠被，内珠被在种子发育前期退化消失，不参与种皮的形成，种皮仅由外珠被发育而成。种脐具两层栅栏细胞，种脐中央有种脐沟。本文还对槐种皮结构与透性的关系进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The ovule of Sophora japonica L.has two integuments.The inner integument has crushed during early stage of seed development.So the seedcoat develops from the outer integument only.There are two palisade layers in the hilum region.Hilum POssesses hilar groove.The relatiollship between structure andpermeability of seedcoat was discussed. |
