摘    要:利用废旧聚乙烯、粉煤灰和木粉为主要原料,并添加了一定量的加工助剂,经热压、模压成型等塑料加工工艺,制备了一种新型塑木复合材料.研究了木粉、偶联剂、活性钙和粉煤灰等用量对该塑木复合材料的力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,塑木复合材料的弯曲性能随着木粉和粉煤灰用量的增加而提高,当木粉和粉煤灰的用量分别为30份和10份时,材料的弯曲强度分别提高了89%和5.1%;同时,适量偶联剂和活性钙的使用,使得该塑木复合材料的力学性能得到了提高.

Abstract:This paper adopted waste polyethylene,fly ash and wood flour as the main raw material,and through the silane coupling agent to improve the interface performance between wood flour and waste PE,with talcum powder, activated calcium carbonate and stearic acid as reinforcing filler. After pressing, molding, injection molding and other plastic processing technology, prepared a new kind of plastic-wood composite materials. The results show that, the amount of wood power 30 percent, KH550 silane coupling agents 1.2 percent, talc powder amount of five percent, six percent for the activity of calcium and a little stearic acid,add to the waste polyethylene, the wood-plastic composite materials can be to the best mechanical properties of the experiment. This paper further study of fly ash addition on the mechanical properties of composite materials studied.
