| 摘 要： | 利用外置积分球的ASD Fieldspec FR2500光谱仪对烟草叶片的光谱特性进行测定分析,发现烟草不同品种、不同部位烟叶的光谱反射率有比较明显的差异,其中部位间的差异大于品种间.结果证明,叶片质量差异越大,反射率光谱变化越大.利用叶片的反射率光谱可以预测和诊断烟草生长状况和质量差异.

| Abstract: | Spectral characteristic and spectral reflectivity of tobacco leaves were mensurated with ASD Fieldspec FR2500 spectrometer.The diversity of spectral reflectivity of leaves was found among genotypes as well as different positions.And the diversity was more apparent in positions than genotypes.The result showed that the more the difference of the quality of tobacco leaves was,the more the diversity of the spectral reflectivity was.It would be possible to predict and diagnose the growth character and the quality of tobacco leaves. |
