| 摘 要： | 以芥菜型油菜 (Brassicajuncea)DB3 下胚轴为外植体 ,对卡那霉素和羧苄青霉素对外植体分化影响进行了研究。结果表明卡那霉素不仅可以抑制芽的分化和愈伤的形成而且可以使分化出的芽在很短的时间内白化死亡 ,在浓度为 6 0mg/L时 ,四周后 ,可以使分化率为 0 ;羧苄青霉素在浓度为 0 .5 g/L时 ,可以完全抑制农杆菌的生长 ,同时发现它对于芽的分化有促进作用

| Abstract: | This article regarded hypocotyls of Brassica juncea DB-3 as explants,and studied the influence of kanamycin and carbenicillin to differentiation of explants.The result inhinted , Km not only restrains differentiation of shoots and formation of callus,but also makes shoots formed dead in short time ,when the density is 60mg/L, frenquency of differentiation is 0 after four weeks;when Cab is 0.5g/L the growth of Agrobacterium is restrained almost,as well we found it has facilitation to differentiation of shoots. |
