| 摘 要： | 从喜树(CamptothecaacuminataDecne.)果实中分离、纯化得到5株内生真菌,经初步鉴定,分别属于半知菌亚门的匙孢霉属(MystrosporiumCda.)、鲜壳孢属(ZythiaFr.)及无孢类群(MyceliaSterilia)。其内生真菌经摇瓶培养后,采用薄层层析(TLC)法对其菌丝体提取物进行分析,初步表明WZ001菌株可能产生喜树碱(Camptothecin,CPT)的类似物。

Isolation and identification of endophytic fungi in the fruit of Camptotheca acuminata Decne. |

| Abstract: | Five pure endophytic fungal strains were isolated from the fruits of \%Camptotheca acuminata\% Decne. These strains were classified into \%Mystrosporium\% Cda., \%Zythia\% Fr. and Mycelia Sterilia of Subdivision. Cultured the strains singly in taper flask under shaking, the organic extracts of mycelium were \{analyzed\} with thin layer chromatography(TLC). The result preliminarily showed the strain of WZ001 might product the analog of Camptothecin(CPT). |
