| 摘 要： | 使用传统DEA和非径向DEA的方法,分别对1992—2009年山东省FEEEP系统协调性进行评价,分析影响山东省FEEEP系统协调性的主要因素.结果表明:①非径向DEA方法相比传统DEA方法能够更好地区分山东省FEEEP系统的协调性;②近些年较高的能源消耗和"三废"排放量是导致系统DEA无效的主要原因.

Analysis on the Coordinated Development of FEEEP in Shandong Province on Non-radial DEA |

| Abstract: | Based on the traditional DEA model and the non-radial DEA model,this paper makes a comparative research of the coordinated development level of 1992—2009's FEEEP system in Shandong to analyze the essential reasons influencing the coordination of FEEEP system.The research shows:①the non-radial DEA model can evaluate the coordination of FEEEP system better than the traditional DEA model in Shandong;②In recent years,more energy consumption and exhausting of gas,water and material are the main reasons leading to the DEA failure. |
