摘    要:本文采用新研制开发的叫 Rhizobox 装置,研究了大豆、大麦不同品种根圈微量元素的分布,定量的范围.从土壤—植物营养化学角度,企图通过一系列植物基因型的根系特性和根圈养分变化,追踪国际研究趋向.

Abstract:Bchavior of micronutrient elements around the soybean and barley roots were investigated using the rhizobox system.The rhizobox was divided into 15 soil compartments of 1 mm thickness.Soybean andbarley eedlings grew in the central compartment.After two months of cultivation,all thecompartments were separated from he rhizobox and the soil from each compartments wasdried and analyzed for the element content.The plants were lso harvested and analyzed forthe content of the elements.The results obtained were:1)The pH values across the hizosphere of soybean and barley roots decreased by about1.8-2.1 units.The significant decrease in pH was bserved about 3 mm from the centralcompartment.2)Total Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Mg contents in each compartment showed ittle or no differ-ence,but total Ca content increased slightly in the central compartment.3)Most of soluble cationsNa,Fe,Ca,Mg,and Na)increased near the root,whilethe content of soluble K and NH_4 decreased.
