| 摘 要： | 科技竞争力反映了科技促进经济发展、增强经济实力、推动社会可持续性发展的能力.从科技投入、科技产出、科技与经济社会发展的协调程度和科技潜力4个方面对河南省的科技竞争力进行分析评价,从而揭示河南省科技竞争力的实际状况和与先进省份相比所存在的差距。

| Abstract: | Competitive power of science and technology is the power that can develop economic and promote social sustainable development. This paper evaluates and analyses this power from 4 aspects which are scientific and technical input, scientific and technical production, correspondence between scientific and technical and economical development, scientific and technical potential, and finally get the real scientific and technical situation of Henan province and the specific disparity from other developed provinces. |
