摘    要:介绍了以Siemens公司S7-315系列CPU为控制核心的轨道式导引车(RGV)监控系统设计.以具体工程项目为例分析了从硬件到通信及电气控制方案的实现过程,在编程中,针对一些关键性的技术问题提出了解决方案,并在实际物流应用中收效良好.

Abstract:How to take Siemens corporation S7-315 series CPU as the control core for RGV supervisory system design is introduced. This article has analyzed the hardware, the correspondence and the electrical control plan realization process for a concrete engineering project as the example. In the programming of PLC we put up some solutions to solve the problems on account of some crucial technical question, and the result is good in the practical application.
