| 摘 要： | 以从北京、郑州桃园采集的桃根癌瘤为材料,在无菌条件下于培养基上分离得到11个根癌土壤杆菌菌株.胡萝卜接种试验初步选出致病力强的菌株AT1-1、AT1-3、AT2-7、AT2-8、AT2-11、AT2-12.将菌株AT2-7、AT2-8、AT2-11、AT2-12接种于塑料大棚盆栽的山桃、毛桃、甘肃桃,进行桃砧木感病性评价试验.试验结表明:菌株AT2-7和AT2-8对桃砧木有很强的致病力,但在3种桃砧木中,毛桃对这两个菌株的抗性最强,甘肃桃次之,山桃最易感病. |

| Abstract: | Eleven crown gall strais(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)of peach trees which comes from the peach orchards of Beijing and Zhengzhou are separated from the axenic medium.Some virulent crown gall strains AT1-1,AT1-3,AT2-7,AT2-8,AT2-11,AT2-12 are selected by the infection experiment on the carrot fragments.Crown gall strains AT2-7,AT2-8,AT2-11,AT2-12 are infected on the potted peach treesPrunus persica(L.)Batsch,Prunus davidiana Franch,Prunus kansuensis Rehd.]which cultivated in greenhouse.The results show that:The crown gall strains AT2-7,AT2-8,are virulent to the root stock of peach trees Prunus persica(L.)Batsch,Prunus davidiana Franch,Prunus kansuensis Rehd.To these crown gall strains AT2-7,AT2-8,Prunus persica(L.)Batsch has the strong disease resistance;The Prunus kansuensis Rehd.is the second disease resistant stock of peach trees;Prunus davidiana Franch is the easy infected stock of peach trees. |
