免疫学与生化方法检测C反应蛋白相关性分析

为比较酶联免疫双抗体夹心法与生化免疫比浊法在检测C反应蛋白方面的差异,并进行相关性分析,分别利用4个厂家酶免方法的超敏C反应蛋白试剂盒(HS-CRP)和1种生化方法的普通C反应蛋白(CRP)作为考核试剂盒,选择21例低中高值样本,采用双盲法与参比试剂盒做临床平行比对并进行相关性分析.结果表明,与参比产品相比,免疫学方法检测HS-CRP具有高度相关性,并且有较好的检测低限.得出免疫学与免疫比浊法试剂盒有较好的临床相关性,能较好的满足国际上心血管事件风险评估新标准规定的1 mg/L以下为低风险区的检测需要的结论.

Correlation of Immunoassay and Biochemistry Assay for CRP Detection

To discuss the difference between biochemical and ELISA methods to detect C-reactive protein （CRP） and finding out their Correlation. 21 samples were detecteded by the five kinds of CRP kits, which were compared with reference kit results, respectively. Compared with the reference kit, Immunoassayassay kit have higher Correlation and lower limit detection. Immunoassay and turbidimetricassay have higher Correlation, which can better meet the risk of cardiovascular events in the international assessment of the new standard of 1 mg/L or less as low-risk District of detection needs.
