| Abstract: | Base on brief introductions on the middle route of water transfers project from south to north and Xichuan County,this paper attempts to systematic summarize the adverse effects of four aspects on the spatial distribution of population,land resources,the county economy,and the ecological environment,at last,we should see the potential opportunities for development from these questions. |
