摘 要: | 水溶性杯4]芳烃(L4)可以与Dy3+、Tb3+等稀土离子形成能量传递配合物,在水溶液中L4·Dy3+配合物的荧光易被O-H高能振动猝灭,在D2O溶液中L4·Dy3+配合物的荧光显著增强,ID/IH=8.8;水分子的O-H高能振动对L4·Tb3+配合物的荧光强度影响很小,ID/IH=1.1。选择较强激发光,可以用L4检测Dy3+,Dy3+浓度在5×10-8~10-6molL-1范围内与荧光强度有良好线性关系。

Luminescence behavior of a water soluble calix[4]arene derivative complex with dysprosium (III) in D2O |

Abstract: | Luminescent behaviors of trivalent ions of Dy, Tb in the presence of water soluble calix4]arene(L\-4) in H\-2O and D\-2O were investigated. The fluorescence of L\-4·Dy\+\{3+\} complex is easily quenched by the highly \{energetic\} O-H vibrations in H\-2O. The fluorescence intensity of L\-4·Dy\+\{3+\} has a significantly enhancement in D\-2O, I\-D/I\-H=8.8. The highly energetic O-H vibrations has a slightly affect on the fluorescence intensity of \{L\-4·\}Tb\+\{3+\} complex, I\-D/I\-H=1.1. The determination of dysprosium with L\-4 was suggested as spectrophotometer with a 5nm band pass for excitation. The fluorescence intensity is a linear function of the concentration of dysprosium in the range 5×10\+\{-8\}~10\+\{-6\}molL\+\{-1\}. |
