河南省饮用天然矿泉水资源及开发利用与保护

河南省现有饮用天然矿泉水水源地152个,共5种类型,允许开采总量6431.33×104m3/a.矿泉水多属中性、淡水,达标元素较单一.目前矿泉水年产量10.29×104m3,开发中存在水源保护形式严峻、资源浪费严重、市场占有率低等问题.分析了矿泉水利用方向,划分了5个矿泉水开发保护区,指出优先开发碘、硒等稀有矿泉水,鼓励太行山区及嵩箕山东麓的开发,限制平原区开采.

Potable Natural Mineral Water Resource in Henan Province and Its Development and Protection

At present Henan province possesses 152 drinking natural mineral water resources,among covering five different types and the allowable exploitation amounts to 6 435.52×104 m3/a. These water sources mainly produce neutral and fresh water. But qualified elements in water are monotonous. At present the annual output of mineral water is 10.29×104 m3/a. Grim situation of water source conservation,serious waste of resources,low market shares are the problems existing in its development. This paper analyzes the way of using mineral water in future,and compartmentalizes 5 protected areas of mineral water,gives priority to the development of iodine,selenium and other rare mineral water,encourages the development of mountainous area of Taihang and east side of Songji, restricts on the exploitation of the plains area.
