大鼠肝纤维化及肝硬化成模过程中肝组织结构变化

为了解大鼠肝纤维化及肝硬化成模过程中肝组织结构变化,用四氯化碳-白酒联合诱导法构建大鼠肝纤维化及肝硬化模型,按常规方法制备肝组织石蜡切片和镜检.建模第1～3周,肝脏的汇管区扩大,出现纤维性增生,肝细胞发生脂肪变性.建模第4～6周,肝脏的汇管区周围形成纤维束.建模第7～9周,纤维束更明显,肝小叶结构紊乱.建模第10～12周,肝小叶结构更加紊乱,出现早期肝硬化迹象.建模第13～15周,肝小叶消失,假小叶出现,肝硬化形成.根据上述结果得出如下结论:皮下注射四氯化碳与口服白酒结合能有效诱导大鼠肝纤维化及肝硬化,肝脏组织结构与病理变化有规律,易于观察分析,值得推广应用.

The Changes of Hepatic Histology in the Inducing Rat Liver Fibrosis and Cirrhosis

To explore systematically the changes of hepatic histology in rat liver fibrosis and cirrhosis,they were induced by injecting carbon tetrachloride subcutaneously and combining food oil.Modeling in the 1～3 weeks,the liver department district expanded proliferative fibrosis,fatty degeneration of liver cells.In the 4～6 weeks,liver sinks district separated from the surrounding fibrous.In the 7～9 weeks,fiber separated more obviously,the stru-cture of disordered.In the 10～12 weeks,a more disordered structure of hepatic lobule,early cirrhosis.In the 13～15 weeks,hepatic lobule was disappeared,the formation of false lobules and liver cirrhosi.The results mentioned demonstrated that the model of rat liver fibrosis and cirrhosis induced by injecting carbon tetrachloride subcutaneously and combining food oil.The changes of hepatic histology and pathology were regular and easy to observe and analyze,and this model of rat liver fibrosis and cirrhosis is worthy to popularize and apply.
