摘    要:中华人民共和国行业标准《建筑地基处理技术规范》JGJ79—2012已于2013年6月1日施行,与2002版相比,新版规范时复合地基承载力设计计算公式进行了较大的调整.主要表现在,复合地基承栽力应力复合计算式中单桩承载力需要进行折减,桩间土的承载力发挥系数可达1.0.通过对复合地基承载力设计理论和工程实例的分析,研究了新版规范复合地基承载力计算方法变化的理论依据,分析了产生的工程价值.结果表明:当桩间土承载力发挥系数取1.0时,增强体单桩承载力发挥系数可以根据复合地基桩间距、单桩承载力、复合地基承栽力等设计参数、地基土条件等进行估算;新版规范客观上对复合地基增强体施工质量提出了更高的要求,对保证复合地基工程质量有利.

Abstract:Professional standard "Technical code has been executed from June 1,2013. Compared for ground treatment of buildings" of P.R.China (JGJ 79-2012) with the previous version published in 2002, the computational design method for bearing capacity of composite foundation has been improved significantly. The bearing capacity of single pile should be reduced when computing the bearing capacity of composite foundation, and the bearing capacity mobilization factor of soil between the piles takes the value of 1.0. In the paper, the design theory of bearing capacity of composite foundation is analyzed by using a engineering example, to find out the theoretical reasons for improving the computational method for bearing capacity of composite foundation. The results show that when the bearing capacity mobilization factor of soil takes the value of 1.0,the bearing capacity mobilization factor of single pile can be estimated according to the soil conditions and the design parameters, which include the pile spacing, the bearing capacity of single pile and composite foundation represents a excellence and high standard in construction quality of piles in to ensure the project quality of composite foundation. and so on.
