摘    要:在分析2003--2010年河南省农业统计数据的基础上,采用DEA—Malmquist指数分析法对影响河南农业全要素生产率增长的内在动力进行分析,得出主要影响因素为技术变化率,技术进步缓慢使规模效率和纯技术效率对农业全要素生产率的增长作用不明显,据此提出加大农业科研政策支持力度、提高农业组织化及管理水平、推进农业机械化发展等改善河南省农业全要素生产率的途径.

Abstract:Total factor productivity of Henan agriculture from 2003 to 2010 were calculated and analyzed by Malmquist index method based on DEA model. The main influence of Henan agricultural TFP growth of intrinsic motivation is technology change rate. Technical progress is slow so that the scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency effect on Henan's agricultural total factor productivity growth effect is not apparent. Accordingly suggests are put forward to increase of agricultural scientific research and policy support, improve the organization of agriculture and the level of management, promote the development of agricultural mechanization for improving total factor productivity of Henan Province agriculture.
