| Abstract: | The contents of polysaccharide in Rehmannia glutinosa libosch was measured by phenol-H 2SO 4 colorimetry. Wavelength for measurement was 483nm and converting factor of polysaccharride was 2.3312. The contants of polysaccharide was 6.59%. |
