| 摘 要： | 三种消毒剂灭菌的番茄种子，其发芽系数差异明显，氯化汞的最高，其次为双氧水，次氯酸钠最低，而苗高、苗重、子叶重、子叶开度，叶绿素含量则相反，依次为次氯酸钠、双氧水、氯化汞。三种消毒剂灭菌的子叶，离体培养时也有明显区别。

| Abstract: | It was evident that differences among germinating coefficients of tomato seeds sterilized by three kinds of disinfectants, and the sequence of germinating coefficients was mercuric chloride, hydrogen peroxide solution and sodium hypoch corite in turn. While the sequence of three kinds disinfectants was opposed to afore-said in the height of seedlings, the weight of seedlings, the weight of cotyledons, the opening degreen of cotyledons and the content of chlorophyll. Therd were obvious distinctions when the tissue culfure was proceeded with cotyledons. |
