| 摘 要： | 科技投入与经济增长之间存在密切关系.基于江苏省1992—2012年RD经费支出、RD人员数与GDP的统计数据,通过静态分析、动态冲击及互动关系分解,从实证研究的角度考察科技投入与经济增长的因果关系.研究表明:江苏省经济增长主要来源于自身增长惯性及RD经费支出;从长期来看,江苏省RD经费支出与经济增长具有显著的正向效应,而RD人员数对经济增长呈负相关关系.

| Abstract: | There is a close relationship between science and technology input and economic growth. Based onRD spending from 1992 to 2012,Jiangsu Province,the number of RD personnel and the statistical data of GDP,to investigate causal relationship between science and technology input and economic growth from the perspective ofempirical research,by static analysis,dynamic impact and interaction between decomposition. Research shows thatthe economic growth of Jiangsu Province mainly comes from its own inertia and RD spending growth;In the longrun,the RD spending and economic growth in Jiangsu Province has significant positive effect,and the RDpersonnel are negatively related to economic growth. |
