| 摘 要： | 研究了富含SOD苹果对D-半乳糖所致衰老小白鼠体内活性氧防御能力及抗疲劳、耐缺氧能力的影响.结果表明,饲喂富含SOD苹果可显著提高小白鼠血清和肝组织的SOD、CAT和GSH-PX活性,抑制脂质过氧化作用,降低MDA含量.从而使小白鼠的抗疲劳、耐缺氧能力明显增强. |

| Abstract: | Influence of SOD-enriched apple on defensive ability against active oxygen fatigue endurance and hypoxia tolerance of mice treated with D-galactose was studied.The results showed that feeding mice with SOD-enriched apple resulted in significant increases in activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-PX in serum,and liver tissue.Therefore,the content of MDA was markedly decreased compared with control.As a result,fatigue endurance and hypoxia tolerance of mice were obviously enhanced. |
