摘    要:锌是人体不可缺少的微量元素,人体内缺锌会引起嗜眠症和延缓智力发育,头发中锌含量反映了人体健康状况,特别是儿童的发育成长,尤其重要。本文采用原子吸收光度法对头发中锌的测定方法进行了探讨,寻求了最佳的工作条件,制定了分析方法,分析结果表明:该方法具有准确度、精密度高及重现性好等优点。

Exploring the way of measuring zinc content in Man's hair by atomic absorbtion
Abstract:Zine is the necessary trace element in human bodies. The lack of zine in man′s body will cause sleepiness and retard the development of the mental power. The content of zine in man′s hair may tell a \{person′s\} health.Especially it is of great importance to children′s growth. This essay explore the way of measuring the content of zine in man′s hair, seeking the best working condition. Working out the analytic method, the analysis of the standard sample shows that this method has following advantages, accurate, reappearing, precise ect.In this method, the characteristic consistpcy of zine is about 0.02μg/ml.1%. The stand standard deviation is about 0.007, and the practical limit is 0.051.5μg/l.
