| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the relationship of industrial structure and employment structure in Nanjing from 1993 to 2008,it concludes that the industrial structure and the employment structure are on the coordinated development way. However,the upgrading of the industrial structure has not optimized the employment structure. This paper also suggests some policies to harmonize the development of industrial structure and employment structure in Nanjing. |
