高活力纳豆激酶制备及贮藏方法的初步研究

摘    要:在获得高活力纳豆激酶菌株和发酵工艺的基础上,研究了干燥方法、保藏温度、保藏时间等条件对实验室制备纳豆激酶粗酶制剂酶活力的影响,为该制剂的商品价值和有效开发提供了实验数据.结果表明,冷冻干燥、常温干燥两种干燥方式对NK活性的影响不大;干燥状态下的NK具有较强的抗逆能力,室温保藏150d时,NK活性仍可达到原始状态的80%左右;但极端高温等恶劣条件对NK的保藏和活性有较大的负面影响.

Abstract:In this study,the nattokinase crudes were prepared with different strains and different containers(e.g the flask and the shallow plate),then the influence of drying and preserving temperature on the nattokinase crudes were tested;It was found that the activity of nattokinase crude with our technique were reached to 5 000 U/g or more,and the nattokinase crudes have a excellent commodity properties of the guarantee quality time and preservation duration.
