机械顶管在龙子湖内环路污水工程中的应用研究

通过对比开槽排管、人工辅助顶管、机械顶管等相关施工工艺,合理、有效地解决了长久以来在地下水位较高的砂性土中进行超深排水管道施工的难题.阐述了机械顶管及检查井的施工技术要求,并在机械顶管工艺设计中提出了沉管式检查井新技术,解决了超长距离机械顶管同排水管道养护的矛盾.

Application of Mechanical Jack in the Sewage Project of Inner Loop of Longzi Lake

By comparing the different construction techniques of slotted pipes, artificial jacks and mechanical jacks, the rational method that can efficiently solve the above construction problems proposed in this paper. For a long time the constructions of ultra-deep drain pipes in the sandy soils with high-level groundwater have been the problem for municipal projects. The author analyzes the principle and construction technique of slurry balanced pipe jacking technique, describes the construction technical requirements of mechanical jacks and immersed inspection wells, raises a new technique for the designs of mechanical jacks and solves the contradiction between the mechanical lacks with extra long distance and the curing of drain pipes.
