Preparation of Drug-Loaded Chitosan Microsphere and Research on Release in Vito

Using Chitosan and Levofloxacin,Chitosan microsphere is prepared by crosslinking emulsification process,and the physical and chemic property of Chitosan microsphere is examined through such equipments as microscopy and SEM,and the drug releasing system with constant temperature and velocity has been established in order to test drug-releasing property and factors.The results have been discovered that the physical and chemic property of microsphere depends on such factors as acetic acid concentration,the degree of deacetylation of Chitosan,Chitoan concentration,crosslink reagent dosage and so on and the drug-loaded content is influenced by such factors as Chitosan degradable degree and the ratio of CS/LVFX,and the drug-releasing property in vito is good.
