资源型城市绿色转型与循环经济发展

探讨了资源型城市的发展特点与问题,分析了其转型的必要性.在资源型城市转型的经济学分析,和对一般转型与绿色转型比较研究的基础上,对资源型城市绿色转型模式进行了初步探讨.通过理论与实证分析,提出了资源型城市通过发展循环经济实现绿色转型的路径.并基于对资源型城市发展循环经济不同层次的分析,提出了城市绿色转型实践的对策措施.

The Transformation of Resource-Based Cities and Development of Recycling Economy

As a kind of special functional cities,in recent years a large number of China’s resource-based cities encounter difficulties in the development process,and their development get in a tight corner.This paper will discuss the problems and characteristics of resource-based cities’ transformation,and analyzed the necessity of their transformation.Based on economic analysis on the transformation of resource-based cities,as well as the comparative study on normal transformation and green transformation,this paper will discuss the green transformation model for resource-based cities.Through theoretical and empirical studies,the paper will propose an approach of developing recycling economy for resource-based cities’ transformation.Also,based on analysis of recycling economy’s different levels,the paper will finally propose specific measures for the cities’ green transformation.
