| 摘 要： | 阐述最近几年来国外应用自动机理论到基因组系统作用与行为的研究新进展,分析了有限状态自动机和细胞自动机应用于基因网络的原理、方法与机制。结合基因网络研究,本文首次提出了一个引入时间自动机模型的思路。

| Abstract: | In this paper, it introduces the theory and the method of automata in study on gene networks. It sketch application of antomata on gene networks abroad recently. At last, it gives a though about modeling gene networks by timed automata. |
