| 摘 要： | 以经济快速发展的长江三角洲地区的南京市为例,阐述了城市地价评估信息系统的设计思路和实现过程.该系统采用了剩余法和比较法相结合的地价评估方法,并以MapX组件与Oracle Spatial空间数据接口进行开发.实践证明,这种有机整合了GIS技术的开发方式,便捷而富有成效,为城市地价评估与分析的信息化基础平台建设提供了有益思路与经验. |

| Abstract: | This article,taking an example of Nanjing which is located in delta region in Yangtze River with rapid economic development, set forth an urban land evaluation information system. The system is established by MapX components and the interface of spatial data in Oracle Spatial according to the combination with the methods of Remain and Comparision, and.It is proved to be convenient and effective by the practice that the way of developing intergrated GIS technology, which provide the approach and experience to set up the information framework of urban land evaluation and analysis. |
