| 摘 要： | 提出工序质量节点的概念,制定项目工序质量节点检验标准,使监理机构的质量管理工作标准化、精细化.建设单位制定工序质量节点实时图像监控方法,实现对监理工作监控的实时化、信息化、公开化,使监理委托制在有效监控下切实发挥作用.建设单位和监理机构共同通过对节点质量的控制和智能化的实时图像监控,科学地实现过程控制.

| Abstract: | This paper presents the concept of processing quality joint,reforms the standard of processing quality joint,and formulates the quality management of supervision structure.This paper reforms the real time monitors system of processing quality joint,supervises the effects of the major supervision in real time and in public,and brings the major supervision into play under high efficiency.The development organization and supervision structure control the progression of the quality management and the real time monitors system. |
