氧化亚铁硫杆菌在废弃线路板粉末上的吸附及对Cu的浸出

摘    要:利用氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans,T.f菌)浸出废弃线路板粉末中Cu,研究T.f菌在线路板粉末上的吸附,并通过对照试验比较浸出过程中吸附在线路板粉末上和游离于溶液中的T.f菌在浸出中的作用.结果显示,在6 h内,T.f菌在线路板粉末上的吸附达到平衡,吸附的T.f菌生物量占系统总生物量的72% ̄82%,吸附T.f菌的作用在浸出中更为重要.

Abstract:Thiobacillus ferrooxidans are applied to leach Cu from printed circuit board scrap.The adsorption of T.f on printed circuit board scrap are investigated,also the direct leaching of adsorbed T.f and indirect leaching of dissociated T.f are compared via control experiment in bioleaching.The result indict that adsorption of T.f on printed circuit board scrap reach equilibration in 6 hour,the adsorbed T.f play a even more important part in bioleaching.
