摘    要:城市建设用地生态适宜性评价是合理利用我国有限土地资源的一项基础性工作.本研究利用遥感影像解译出的土地利用现状,借助GIS手段对南阳市西峡县城市规划区范围内的生态敏感性因子进行叠加分析,从而科学确定城市土地利用生态适宜性等级,评价结果表明,在城市规划区范围内可作高强度开发的城市建设用地面积约为26.1km^2,可在指导下进行适度开发利用的土地面积为21.5km^2,不适宜和不可用作建设用地的土地面积约27.3km^2,在此评价的基础上,将全区划分为适宜建设区,较适宜建设区,不适宜建设区和不可用地区,并提出用地分区发展管制的对策.

Abstract:Ecological suitability assessment on land use is one of the fundamental works to use the limited land resources in China rationally. The conflict between urban land use and eco-environmental protection is very intense in the rapidly urbanized area,and it’s important to do ecological suitability assessment on land use in such an area. Based on the application of GIS and RS technology,the research determines the construction land suitability scientifically. The analysis shows:(1)The area that could be intensively developed for urban construction purpose is 26.1 km2 in this region,being about 34.8 % of the total study area;(2)The area that could be developed moderately for construction purpose is 21.5 km2,being about 28.7 % of the total study area;(3)The area that could not be used is 27.3 km2,or being about 36.5 % of the total study area. Based on the ecological suitability assessment, four planning zones of construction could be worked out,in which the development strategies and implantations in each zone are suggested.
