摘    要:采用SRAP分子标记对芫花的遗传多样性进行了分析.结果每对引物组合产生8~20条比较清晰的扩增带.10对引物组合共产生473条扩增带.平均每对引物组合产生47.3条.10对引物组合共产生多态性带92条,每对引物组合产生7~14条,平均为9.2条.每对引物组合产生的多态性带的比例为10.9%~29.1%,平均为19.44%.结果表明,SRAP标记多态性还是较高的,可以用于分析芫花的遗传多样性.

Abstract:Polymorphism of Daphne genkwa were analyzed with SRAP markers.There were 8~20 clear bands per primer pairs.About 473 amplified bands and 92 polymorphic bands were detected by 10 SRAP primer pairs.There were 7~14 clear polymorphic bands per primer pairs.The number of amplified bands and polymorphic bands per primer pairs were 47.3 and 9.2 respectively.The percentage of polymorphic bands was 10.9 %~29.1 %,average 19.44 %.All these results showed that the Genetic diversity of Daphne genkwa is low and the polymorphism of SRAP markers is highely,and could be widely used in analyzed plants such as Daphne genkwa.
