| 摘 要： | 在苯乙醇酯裂环环烯醚萜苷中,其苯环上6个碳的归属文献中常出现错误,从而导致化合物结构测定的错误.本文先根据偶合常数大小和峰分裂数目将H-4″、H-7″、H-8″明确归属,再利用HMQC和HMBC技术确定苯环6个碳的归属,然后再利用糖苷中碳化学位移配糖效应确定葡萄糖在苯环上的取代位置.
