摘    要:玉米为材料,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术检测了玉米种子萌发过程中和不同浓度的Cr3 胁迫48h后恢复过程中淀粉酶的变化,实验结果表明玉米萌发过程中淀粉酶同工酶发生系列变化;铬盐对玉米幼根的生长抑制作用明显;当铬盐浓度为0.1mol/L时,对玉米的抑制表现为不可逆,直至种子萎蔫死亡;铬盐对淀粉酶的活性影响不是很显著,但刺激了Rf为0.242淀粉酶的提前表达。

Abstract:In this experiment, the plant material is Maize Yu 22, by means of Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, we examined the changes of amylase in the process of germination and in the process of recovery time after treated with various concentrations of Cr~(3 ) for 48 hours, the results show that the activity of amylase becomes stronger and stronger in control group; when treated with 0.1mol/L and 0.01mol/L CrCl_3, respectively, inhibition of primary roots length growth is greater than that of germinal bud length growth; and 0.1mol/L CrCl_3 inhibition effect is irreversible; and leads maize to death at last; Cr~(3 ) doesn't change the activity of amylase dramatically, howevere, it makes the amylase(R_f=0.242) of maize treated with CrCl_3 to express earlier than that of the control group.
