摘    要:以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、甲氧基聚乙二醇、聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯磺酸钠等为主要原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂合成了聚羧酸系减水剂.同时采用正交试验确定了合成产品的比较合适的配比.实验结果表明,当减水剂的掺量为1%,水灰比为0.35时,水泥静浆流动度超过290 nm,减水率超过了国内同类产品的水平.通过红外光谱分析表征,合成产品的分子结构与设计的分子结构相吻合.

Abstract:This paper presents a method of synthesis of polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer using acrylic acid,methyl acrylate,methoxy polyethylene glycol,polyethylene glycol and propylene-sodium as the main raw materials and using the ammonium sulfate as the initiator.The optimum ratio of the product is determined by orthogonal test.The results show that when the amount of addition of superplasticizer prepared is 1 % and the ratio of water/ cement is 0.35,the fluidity of static cement net is more than 290 mm and th...
