| 摘 要： | 构建了包含市场风险、经济风险、政治风险、技术风险、自然风险、管理风险6个准则21项指标的风险评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,构建了石油工程技术服务企业海外项目风险区间数不确定评价模型.实例表明,该方法科学有效、简便可行,为石油工程技术服务企业海外项目风险评价提供了新的方法与思路.

| Abstract: | Oversea project faces greater risks than domestic projects. The risk indexes system of oversea project of petroleum engineering technological service enterprises is established, which include six guidelines, i.e. market risk, economic risk, political risk, technical risk, natural risk and management risk and 21 indexes. The weights of indexes are given by AHP and an interval uncertain evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the risks of oversea project of petroleum engineering technological service enterprises. An example indicates that the method is scientific, effective,simple and feasible,which provides a new method for the risk evaluation oversea project of petroleum engineering technological service enterprises. |
