STEYR转向节建模与强度分析

摘    要:应用SolidWorks软件建立了STEYR转向节的实体模型,以*.sat格式,通过ANSYS的专用接口SAT导入到ANSYS软件中以生成几何模型.对转向节的受力依照紧急制动工况、侧滑工况和越过不平路面工况等三种危险工况进行强度分析.

Abstract:The three dimensional model of STEYR steering knuckle is established based on Solidworks,by using the *.sat frame,this model is introduced into the ANSYS through the special.sat channel.According to three working condition of emergence braking,side sliding and run through rough road,the strength is analyzed by using ANSYS,the stress and strain distribution on across section is obtained respectively,the simulation results is useful for steering knuckle design and manufacturing.
