摘    要:以各种现代色谱分离技术,研究蛇莓中具有抗癌活性的化学成分.经过硅胶柱层析、凝胶层析反复分离,制备高效液相色谱纯化,得到4个化合物,经光谱数据分析鉴定其结构分别为叶绿醇(Ⅰ,phytol),生育酚(Ⅱ,dl-α-Tocopherol),5a-Ethoxy-α-tocopherol(Ⅲ,)2,5-Cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione(Ⅳ)以上化合物均为首次从蛇莓中分离得到.

Abstract:The chemical constituents which have anti-tumor activity from Duchesnea indica were studied by modern chromatography separate technics.Four compounds were isolated by column chromatography and HPLC.By spectroscopic method,their structures were identified as phytol(I),dl-α-Tocopherol(II),5a-Ethoxy-α-tocopherol(Ⅲ) and 2,5-Cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione(Ⅳ).Compounds I-Ⅳ were isolated from D.indica for the first time.
