构建郑州国家级中心城市问题探讨

郑州市在中原经济区、中原城市群中居中心地位.随着我国经济重心西移,郑州市在中西部地区乃至全国的战略地位凸显.构建郑州国家级中心城市是大势所趋.规模小、实力弱、层次低是制约郑州中心城市转型升级的主要矛盾,其根源在于城市空间框架小、组织结构不合理.应坚持提升中心、强化核心、放活外围,拓展发展空间,优化空间结构,提升目标定位,加快打造"多中心"大郑州都市区和"多核心"大郑州都市圈,重构一体化中原城市群.

Discussion on the Construction of Zhengzhou National Center City

Zhengzhou is in the central position of Central Plains economic region and the Central Plains urban agglomeration. As China’s economic center of gravity shifting to the west,the strategic position of Zhengzhou City in the Midwest and even the whole country is more and more prominent. Constructing Zhengzhou as“national”center city is the trend at present. Small scale,weak strength,low level are the main contradictions for center city transformation and upgrading of Zhengzhou. Its root lies in the small urban space frame,the unreasonable organizational structure. We should adhere to promote center,strengthen the outer core,allowing flexibility,expand the development space, optimize the structure of space,improve target localization,speed up the building of“multi-center”big Zhengzhou metropolitan area and“multicore”Zhengzhou city circle,and reconstructe the integration of Central Plains urban agglomeration.
