新乡市工业发展效率与城市转型绩效评价

从工业发展效率和城市综合发展两个方面评价新乡市近年来的转型发展效果.基于数据包络分析的Malmquist指数法,对新乡市工业部门投入产出效率进行测算分析,发现新乡市工业发展态势良好,绝大部分行业依靠技术进步和技术效率的提高取得了生产率的改善,逐步走向集约型的经济增长道路;构建新乡市城市转型绩效评价指标体系,综合考虑经济指标、社会指标、资源指标和环境指标,运用熵权法对其城市转型效果进行测度分析,结果表明新乡市城市转型运行情况良好,经济指数、环境指数取得了较大的进步,而资源指数和社会指数进步较小.

The Evaluation of Industrial Development Efficiency and Urban Transformation Performance of Xinxiang

The effect of transformation development of Xinxiang in recent years was evaluated from the perspective of industrial development efficiency and urban comprehensive development. Using the method of Malmquist index based on data envelopment analysis,we measured and analyzed the input-output efficiency of the industrial sector in Xinxiang. Results show that the industrial development in Xinxiang is good,the vast majority of industries made the improvement of productivity relying on technological progress and improving of technology efficiency,and grad-ually step on the path of intensive economic growth. The index system was built to evaluate the unbantransformation performance of Xinxiang. Taking the indicators of economy,society,resources and environment into consideration, we used the entropy weight method to measure and analyze its performance. Results show that the transformation development of Xinxiang is in good condition,the economic index and environmental index made great progress, however,the resource index and social index only made small progress.
