| 摘 要： | 提出Delphi-SWOT混合分析方法,借助于德尔菲专家咨询,辨识确认新疆克拉玛依市可持续发展的考量因素;在根据德尔菲基础上的因素考量,给出了可持续发展影响因素取舍的定量处理依据,并遵循重要性次序原则制定了可持续发展策略.

| Abstract: | Traditional SWOT analysis method lists more items but not fully synthesizes. This paper proposed hybrid Delphi-SWOT analysis method. By means of the Delphi,the factors of Karamay sustainable development were identified and confirmed. According to factors on the basis of Delphi,a quantitative processing of sustainable development was given. Finally,following the order of the factors’importance,the sustainable development strategies were made. |
