芴基交替共聚物共混体系与其无规共聚物的比较研究

摘    要:基于芴基红光交替共聚物(PFO-DHTBT50)和芴基绿光共聚物(PFO-BTDZ15)共混,实现了高效率的饱和红光发射,流明效率达到了2.22cd/A,相应的色坐标(CIE1931)为(0.66,0.34).调节PFO-DHTBT50/PFO-BTDZ共混比例或无规共聚物的共聚比例来比较研究共混物与无规共聚物的光电特性,结果发现,共混物与无规共聚物在吸收光谱、发射光谱和光致发光效率等方面有相似的变化规律,但是基于共混物所制备器件的EL发光效率有极大改善.

Abstract:Based on blends of red light-emitting fluorene-based alternative copolymer (PFO-DHTBT50) and green light-emitting copolymer (PFO-BTDZ15), high efficiency saturated red light-emission was realized with a luminance efficiency of 2.22 cd/A and Commission Internationale de I'Eclairage (CIE)coordinates of (0.66,0.34). Comparative studies of photoelectric properties of blend compositions and the corresponding random copolymers were conducted by tuning weight ratios of PFO-DHTBT50/PFO-BTDZ blend compositions or copolymerization ratios of random copolymers. It can be found that the absorbance,PL and EL spectra as well as PL efficiency were similar for both blend compositions and random copolymers. However devices from blend films show higher EL efficiency than devices from the corresponding random copolymers.
