| 摘 要： | 构建科技投入与产出的指标体系,以灰色关联分析为基础,依据河南省2000—2004年的统计数据,分析不同的科技投入对科技产出的影响,从而在河南省未来的科技投入中有的放矢,为政府相关部门决策提供一些有益的建议.

| Abstract: | Every factors of sci-tech input and output are founded,based on grey relevance analysis,according to the statistics in Henan from 2000 to 2004,analysize that different sci-tech output is how to influence sci-tech input,so in the futuer sci-tech input in Henan is proper,some suggestions for government are put forward. |
