摘    要:利用溶剂法对葡萄籽中的原花色素进行了分级分离的初步研究,确定了混合溶剂(乙醇 水)提取体系,溶剂法结合盐析和冷却沉淀法对提取物进行分级分离。

Abstract:Using solvent method to separate grape seeds proanthocyanidins according to their degree of polymerization is studied, making sure the solvent of admixture(ether water) extraction system, solvent method combination salt and cool off to precipitate the proanthocyanidins method to separate the extraction.
