横隔板对空心板受力性能影响的研究

摘    要:建立空心板的空间实体有限元计算模型,在对称荷载与偏载作用下,分别对不设置横隔板、端部设置横隔板、端部与跨中均设横隔板3种情况,研究横隔板对空心板受力性能影响,计算结果表明,在对称荷载、偏载作用下,两种横隔板设置工况都能提高空心板的整体受力性能,相对来讲,在端部和跨中同时设置横隔板,提高空心板的整体受力性能效果相对较好;在偏载作用下,设置横隔板将有利于空心板整体抗扭性能的增强,能减小扭转变形,在跨中与端部同时设置横隔板,与仅设置横隔板相比,抗扭性能略有增强.所得结论可为对空心板的设计与施工提供参考.

Abstract:To build single-chip board and concrete hollow-slap entire bridge model, under symmetrical and asymmetrical load, for no cross diaphragm, end cross diaphragm and cross diaphragm to be set up on the end and middle-span,the paper respectively analyzes effect of cross diaphragm to hollow plate mechanical performance. According to result, under symmetrical and asymmetrical load, cross diaphragm can all improve integral mechanical performance. Respectively, cross diaphragm to be set up on the end and middle-span, the effect are better to integral mechanical performance. Under asymmetrical load,cross diaphragm can improve integral torsional performance and lessen torsional deformation. Comparing with only to set up end cross diaphragm, cross diaphragm to be set up on the end and middle-span can slightly enhance torsional performance. Those conclusions may be reference to design and construction of hollow plate.
