高技术产业创新全要素生产率变动研究

摘    要:利用我国高技术产业分行业面板数据为研究样本,应用Malmquist生产率指数,实证考察了高技术产业研发创新生产的全要素生产率变动及其影响因素。主要的研究发现有:我国高技术产业研发创新全要素生产率整体呈现下降的趋势,且技术退步是其下降的主要原因;企业规模对研发创新全要素生产率变动有显著的正向影响,而市场竞争和国有产权有显著的负向影响。

Abstract:Based on the panel data of China’s high-tech industry,the author conducted an empirical analysis on the R&D innovation efficiency of high-tech industry by using malmquist index. The main conclusions are as follows. As a whole,The innovation TFP is decreasing and its main cause lies on the technical regress;the firm size has significantly positive effect on innovation efficiency,but both the market competitionstate and owned enterprises ownership have significantly negative effect on it. The conclusion provides policy enlightenment for the improvement of the innovation TFP of high-tech industry.
