卢氏香茶菜植物资源及其应用研究

摘    要:卢氏香茶菜为我们在河南省香茶菜属植物资源考察中所发现的一个新变种,定名为Rabdosia rubescens Hara Var lushiensis Z.Y.Gao et Y.R.Li。从其叶中分离出两种新二萜化合物,其中之一卢氏香茶菜甲素含量达0.63%。药理研究表明,该植物具有较强的抑菌作用,其抗菌能力优于冬凌草。有明显的抗肿瘤能力,且对Lewis肺癌有抗转移作用。研究结果证明,卢氏香茶菜可以作为抗菌抗肿瘤药物进行开发利用。

Abstract:Lushixiangchacai was found a novel sport in investigation of plant resources of Robdosia in Henan by us. It has been named Robdosia rubescens Hara Var, lushiensis Z. Y. Gao et Y. R. Li. Two new diterpenoid compounds. Ludongnin A and Ludongnin B are isolated from its leaves. The content of Ludongnin A is 0. 63%. It has been proved by pharmacological studies that Lushixiangchacai shows stronger effectual for antiphlogist than Donglingca0, obuious effectual for the anticarcinogen and antitransfer for lewis pulmonic cancer too. The result of research shows that the Lushixiang- chacican be exploited and utilized for anticarcinogen and antiphlogist.
